We are looking to add a (Digital) Marketing Executive in our Krakow office, which is one of the fastest growing locales within the business. In this role you will report into the Global Head of Marketing and be responsible for all regional marketing supporting the newly appointed commercial team in Poland.

  • You must be fluent in Polish and have an excellent working knowledge of English.

As a successful (Digital) Marketing Executive you will have substantial understanding of sales focused B2B marketing and have a keen interest in our audiences of enterprise Financial leaders, managers and operations. You will enjoy taking charge of regional marketing programs, detailed planning, proactive communication, and flawlessly delivering memorable marketing experiences that support our sales goals in Poland, primarily, and beyond.

  • This position will involve close collaboration with the Global Marketing team and the Commercial Sales & Account Teams in Poland.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a passionate, confident marketer with exceptional communication skills, in both Polish and English languages (written and spoken). You will be comfortable and familiar with working in an international environment and interacting with clients, prospects and partners up to and including C-Level Management.

Your time management and analytical skills are exemplary. Our industry is fast changing and we need a hands-on, pro-active, results-driven marketer that is able to see the bigger picture and work both independently as well as with people from other disciplines. A strong technical background is not required but you should be able to learn and apply the relevant technical aspects of the tools and programs we use to aid our marketing efforts quickly. You should ideally have an interest in website management and optimization.

Our product portfolio is extensive and so to market our services effectively, you must have a willingness to learn the features, functionalities and values of our order-to-cash products and services quickly. Having an interest in corporate finance and technology will serve you well.

  • You must be an advocate for the sales region you support and help the rest of the marketing department understand their priorities.
  • You must be an advocate for the marketing department and help the sales team you support understand the marketing department’s priorities.
  • You must be well-organized, work according to plans, be able to work under pressure and can apply structure to your work autonomously.
  • You will hold a Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in marketing or a related field
  • You will have three years+ experience in digital marketing with international and local content & lead generation approaches
  • You are passionate about marketing and storytelling, and pride yourself on your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all audiences. You are comfortable presenting to large groups and audiences.

  • You have a very strong capacity to work under pressure and short deadlines
  • You are a team player that thrives on collaboration and brings a healthy, energetic and positive attitude to their work.
  • You speak fluent Polish and have a good knowledge of English.

What you will be responsible for

  • Adapt digital and content marketing programs to the needs of the regional sales team.
  • Managing the corporate website, including the implementation of a new Polish language version.
  • Working with the global marketing team to establish successful automated content flows, and lead generation for the region.
  • Suggest necessary adaptations to make the website better and to drive revenue, achieve targeted ROI and maintain positive web KPI trends in Poland.
  • Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through a mix of regional inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Create account-focused marketing campaigns that promote our products and/or services, within a marketing defined strategy and help to support and develop key sales opportunities.
  • Support global and regional partners from approval of campaign through execution as required.
  • Decision making and discretion regarding event and campaign selection and planning in support of regional sales goals.
  • Regional event and campaign strategy, decision making, and onsite management.
  • Ensure all events and marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, measure and report on their effectiveness.
  • Managing all field campaigns from beginning to end to ensure they meet the target objectives.
