 What are your responsibilities as HR Administrator? 

As an HR administrator you will work closely together with the HR Manager on all aspects of HR within the organization, which consists of an international group of employees. Order2Cash is growing fast and therefor recruitment and building an employer brand is an important task. But also the payroll administration will be one of your most important responsibilities. You are responsible for the correct processing of the personnel administration and the secondary employment conditions for both our employees in Poland as in the Netherlands. 

As a HR administrator you advise the HR Manager on the relevant (Polish) employment legislation. You actively strive for a healthy, constructive organizational culture with Straightforwardness and Quality focus as primary core value. 

Who are we looking for as HR Administrator? 

We are looking for a proactive and reliable all-round HR administrator, someone who can translate new ideas and improvements into the organisation and support to implementing them. You have an effective communication style and can work efficiently with all departments within the organization. You can do this in both English as Polish. 

Relevant experience: 

  • Several years of relevant experience within HR; 
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Polish employment law; 
  • Experience with Polish payroll administration and personnel administration; 
  • Experience in the recruitment of IT personnel is a big plus; 
  • You have a Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude, taking action and anticipating opportunities; 
  • You are fluent in Polish and English, written and oral.
