HR Advisor

What will be your responsibilities?

AS HR Advisor, You’ll be responsible for the HR of an international group of talents based in the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland and the USA. Your job will be both executive and strategic in scope. Order2Cash is a fast growing company and the HR department and processes need to be developed and updated by you in parallel.

As the company is growing rapidly, your most important tasks will be recruitment and building the employer brand of Order2Cash. You will make sure that all new employees are provided with the right documents to start their work including, among others, employment contracts.

You must also make sure that everything is arranged for the current employees; making sure that personnel administration is done properly, providing a clean and monthly payroll administration in ADP Perman and SDWorx, ensuring any other secondary benefits are arranged and checked such as pensions and disability insurance. Furthermore, will you be responsible for updating of all the relevant policies and legislation. Lastly, you will report to the Management Team with all relevant HR data and analytics and keep all HR information and communication channels up to date and flowing effectively.

We are looking for a proactive and trustworthy HR Advisor. Someone who can bring improvements and new ideas to our business. You must be a strong communicator and able to work effectively with all departments within the organization. You are fluent in English.

Job features:

  • Experience:Several years of relevant experience
    • Up-to-date knowledge of Dutch Labor Law;
    • Experience in Payroll and Personnel administration;
    • At minimum, an HBO degree within the field of HRM
    • You are able to build in a situation that needs improvement with a strong and powerful personality, where you can really make change happen;
    • Experience in Recruitment, preferably within the IT branch;
    • Working in an international environment.

32 to 40 hours per week, location: Netherlands (Amsterdam)
