Important company updates in response to the COVID-19 epidemic

Damian Leslie

Dear all,

As the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus continues, the health and safety of our customers, partners, and employees is our top priority. We understand the critical role that our technology and services can play during this time where reliance on digital communications becomes more important than ever. We recognize that the current events impact us all. Here, we are doing everything we can to ensure that our employees are healthy and safe and also hope that you all remain healthy and safe health during this time.

We wanted to share some of the steps Order2Cash is taking to maintain business continuity and support for our customers and partners.

Order2Cash will provide uninterrupted service and continued support

As a technology company, we have the inherent advantage of having tools and processes in place to continue our business operations uninterrupted. Order2Cash and its software platforms are fully operational and conducting business as usual.

We have prepared well to handle this unprecedented situation and expect minimal disruption to our ongoing operations. Order2Cash’s technical infrastructure and thorough working processes will allow us to provide the same level of service you have come to expect.

Order2Cash has taken steps to ensure the safety of its employees. As we have multiple office locations, we have taken steps to remain in line with the relevant government guidance available in each location. Some of the common measures we have taken to guarantee business continuity include:

  • employees are working from home unless a physical presence is required for business continuity,
  • each employee has already tested their ability to execute all tasks, remotely and so we are confident that all work and essential maintenance can continue,
  • clear guidelines have been communicated  for what should happen if an employee (or close relative) becomes ill,
  • all meetings with both internal and external relations will be held virtually online, no face-to-face meetings are allowed.

Per government recommendations, we have also suspended all non-essential company travel and canceled some of our corporate events.

These measures will remain in place for the next few weeks. We will continuously monitor the actual situation in each of our operating countries. Our support teams remain on-call for all customers. They are standing by to answer your product questions and address any technical concerns. Please reach out to your Account Manager or the support team if you have additional questions.

In the meantime, please take good care of yourselves and your loved ones.

Stay safe.
