Via onderstaande opties zal worden uitgelegd wat voor u de mogelijkheden zijn om binnen Order2Cash opties zelf aan te passen. Denk hierbij aan de e-mail ondertekening die naar de ontvanger wordt verstuurd, logo in uw web portaal die ook zichtbaar zal zijn in de e-mail naar de ontvangers toe.
Option 1
- You can change the logo that you want to send it to your recipients. Your logo will also be visible in your Order2Cash web portal.
- The logo adjustment is carried out as follows, go to “Account” at the top of your window and click ‘Settings’. There will open a new window.
- Under “Company details” tab, you can upload your company logo. Press “Upload new logo” and search the logo that you would like to upload. To get the best result the logo should be 200px in width.

- Nadat u uw logo heeft geüpload, kunt u ook de bedrijfskleur van uw bedrijf toepassen
- De bedrijfskleur dient in een hexcode ingevuld te worden (bv #0a1e5a ). Deze kunt u invullen in het tabblad ‘Bedrijfsgegevens’-> ‘Bedrijfskleur’.
- Heeft u beide bovenstaande opties toegepast dan zullen deze effect hebben op uw web portaal Order2Cash en de e-mailnotificatie die u naar de ontvanger zult versturen. Een voorbeeld van web portaal vindt u in onderstaande afbeelding.
Option 3
- In the e-mail notification that you send, you can also place your own text to the recipient. For example, monthly promotions, new website or instance changed bank details.(Remember later not to return, for example monthly actions or ‘Merry Christmas’)
- The company can also be changed here. This change only applies to the e-mail signature. Additionally, this information will appear in the subject line of the email.
- Have you made a change in the e-mail signature and you want to see a preview? Then press “View e-mail signature” at the bottom of this tab.
Option 4
- You can change your contact information by rattling ‘Account’ at the top of your screen, then click ‘Settings’ from the drop down menu.
- Then choose “Contact details” tab, there you change email addresses for processing batch reports, customer contact and bounces.
- You can also set email language in this tab to set it in several languages.
What’s not to adjust
- The structure of the portal is that you can’t adapt.
- Body content of the email notification (bv Invoice <“Invoice number”> by <“Your Company name”> is available on Order2Cash)
- Company details, Invoice details, Services en Connection & processing settings are not that you adapt yourself, notify contact our support team Order2Cash.
